What we are looking for
Standing, not enthusiasm
A Niche Operator is a party with genuine standing in the vertical — an established position in that trade, held before any of this. You are not applying to learn a sector. You are applying to run the one you are already in.
Standing is what makes a Niche Mall work. The Merchants who move into ReadyMade Businesses inside your Mall, and the Anchor Merchants who supply it, come because of who you already are to them. The infrastructure cannot supply that, and neither can we.

Payments, catalogue, fulfilment, identity and the ledger — built, maintained, and shared across every Mall on it.
