Rasmitec builds the Super Mall and keeps it running. Niche Malls are built on top of it, one vertical at a time, each one run by a Niche Operator who already has standing in that trade.
The shape of it
Each tier sits on the one below it. Nothing skips a rung, and no one occupies two at once.
The ground the whole thing stands on — payments, catalogue, fulfilment, identity, the ledger. It is not a shop and nothing is sold in it. Rasmitec builds and holds it so that nobody standing up a Mall has to build it again.
A single trade, run by a party with genuine standing in it. The Niche Operator sets the terms of their vertical, admits the Merchants, and holds the Anchor Merchant relationships. One Mall per vertical — the map is finite, and it fills.
A fitted trading unit inside a Niche Mall: stock, storefront, payment rails and the automations for that trade, already in place. A Merchant moves in and sells. Shoppers buy from the Merchant, inside the Mall, on the Super Mall rails.
A Niche Mall exists before the ReadyMade Businesses inside it do. That is why the 100 unit types across 9 sectors are a map of what a Mall can offer — not a list of things anyone starts on their own.
Two doors
They are not tiers of the same offer. They are different roles, and you take one or the other.
For Niche Operators
You bring the vertical — the trade you already stand in, with the relationships and the standing that come with it. The Super Mall brings the infrastructure. You run the Mall; Merchants trade inside it.
For Merchants
A ReadyMade Business is a fitted unit inside a Niche Mall that is already trading. You do not build it and you do not wait for it — you move in, and you sell from the first day.
The state of the map
Logistics & Consolidation is running as the Berth Niche Mall, operated by Cartage. Every other sector on the map is unclaimed and seeking a Niche Operator. The map is where you find out whether your vertical is still available.
